Introduction

Hello I'm Kenric. I've spent the last 6+ years helping businesses figure out how to grow smarter, not harder. As the Global Director of Business Development at Water & Shark, I get to work with amazing founders and teams who are ready to take their companies to the next level.

I've also worn a bunch of different hats along the way—marketing manager at an apparel company, e-commerce manager at a tech startup, and even spent some time in the wild west of cryptocurrency business development. Each experience taught me something new about what makes businesses tick (and what makes them break).

Here's the thing about me—I've been in your shoes. By 23, I had started 5 businesses. Four of them didn't work out (and that's putting it nicely!), but one did, and I was able to automate it successfully. Those failures taught me more about what actually works than any textbook ever could.

What I love doing most is helping business owners build systems that actually stick. (Regardless of whether you're a startup, fortune 500 company or a humble SMB) Whether it's streamlining your sales process, getting your marketing to work harder for you, or creating operations that don't fall apart when you're not watching—I've been there, done that, and learned from the mistakes so you don't have to.
